Are you done with the heat and ready for ramen season? I am. I love fall jackets, wearing sweaters, watching the leaves change color, and less humidity in the air. Most of all I love that with a bowl of fresh ramen noodles. My personal favorite is the Tampopo Ramen Shio Classic with sliced pork Chaishu. I love how the chicken broth comes together with the bright green scallions, crunchy bean sprouts and perfectly "al dente" house made ramen noodles. Did I mention we make all of our noodles from scratch every day? I can't wait for you to have a hot bowl of freshly made ramen noodles.
