Fort Tryon Park is our favorite public park in NYC, and we aren’t saying that just because we live up here. It’s a great park for everyone, dog walkers, children in strollers, on bicycles, or just playing in the field. There is a great dog park, and a gorgeous flower garden that has been maintained and developed beautifully. After all of these activities, especially on the weekends, it’s a great idea to swing over to Tampopo Ramen on 1 Bennett Avenue and get a bowl of noodles or an appetizer. If you are hungry near Fort Tryon Park, I highly recommend seeking out authentic Japanese food and hitting up Tampopo Ramen in Washington Heights.
