SHIO CLASSIC RAMEN ALL DAY EVERYDAY

Our Shio Classic Ramen is one of the most popular dishes we make because it brings out the depth of flavor of our house made chicken broth. We cook for hours, to extract all of the nutrients and flavor to make the most satisfying bone broth as possible. Shio translates to “salt” in Japanese, and the seasoning emphasizes the salt, but also has garlic, sesame oil, to balance out the flavor. Our chefs combine this tare or sauce to the chicken broth, to add flavor and compliment the broth itself. After you add our house made fresh ramen noodles, and all of the fresh delicious toppings you have the perfect casual meal. Ramen is such a great dish to get delivered or picked up, but my favorite is to eat it dining in at Tampopo Ramen, in Washington Heights NYC.
